Bill Ehrmantraut and Chris Leigeb are the Principals of Strategic Value Partners (SVP). They founded the firm in 2017 as they saw a tremendous need in the staffing industry for expertise in not only evaluating the value proposition of the various technology solutions for staffing clients, but also for services around effectively implementing those technologies. Another need they observed was in designing effective workflows and process enhancements around the new technologies.
SVP’s mission is to utilize our extensive staffing expertise in helping our clients make the right technology choices for their enterprises and to realize the benefits of the technology to automate, streamline, and create consistency and profitability across their operations.
Bill and Chris are staffing industry veterans that have a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges in this industry. They bring over 40 years’ experience as owners/executives of a staffing company, as well as extensive knowledge of the technology solutions available to the staffing industry. These experiences provide a unique perspective for their clients – actual real-life knowledge in founding, operating, growing and eventually selling a high-volume staffing agency.
Prior to SVP, Bill and Chris were owners and executives of OmniSource Staffing. Bill serving as COO and Chris as President. They co-founded the company in 2001 and grew from a single client to a multi-state operation with 13 branches and over $40M in sales. OmniSource implemented several technology solutions – front, middle, back office in addition to ancillary technology solutions.
Chris and Bill both worked in various roles as suppliers to the automotive industry and specifically several years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing. In their work with Toyota, they both had training and hands on experience with the Toyota Production System (TPS) and utilized many aspects of TPS at OmniSource to drive process improvements, consistency of workflows and efficiencies. At SVP, they apply many of these principals while advising their clients.
Bill and Chris are both proud alumni of Michigan State University, where Chris earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and Bill a BS in Economics and a minor in Marketing.
They both reside in Lexington, KY. Chis with his wife Lisa and 3 children Allision, Hayley and Ryan and Bill with his wife Kim and kids Morgan and Jonathan. Both are avid outdoorsmen and enjoy golfing and skiing in their spare time. Along with rooting on their beloved Michigan State Spartans!
